At Maximus Kids, we are committed to making your shopping experience joyful and worry-free. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Change of Mind

You may cancel an order within 12 hours after you place your order.

You can contact our support team via email at contact@maximuskids.com within 12 hours if you want to change the size or variants before we process your order.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.

  • Final Sale Items: Some items may be marked as "final sale" and are not eligible for return or refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Notification

Once your return is approved, you are required to email us the tracking number and return shipment details.
This step is essential to ensure your return can be identified and matched to your original order. Failure to provide this information may result in delays or inability to process your refund.

Returns sent without this information in advance will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Maximus Kids accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier.
We do not reimburse or replace orders marked as delivered by the courier but reported as lost or stolen.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 24 hours (1 business day), but it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
